【摘要】:TheobjectivesofthispartoflSO/IECGuide43are:a)toestablishprinciplesfortheselectionofproficiencytestingschemesforuseinlaboratoryaccreditationprogrammes;andb)toassistinharmonizingtheuseofresultsofproficiencytestingschemesbylaboratoryaccreditationbodies.Asresultsfromproficiencytestingschemesmaybeusedinaccreditationdecisions,itisimportantthatboththeaccreditationbodiesandparticipatinglaboratorieshaveconfidenceinthedesignandoperationoftheschemes.Itisalsoimportantforparticipatinglaboratoriesandlaboratoryaccreditationassessorstohaveaclearunderstandingoftheaccreditationbodies’policiesforparticipationinsuchschemes,thecriteriatheyuseforjudgingsuccessfulperformanceinproficiencytestingschemes,andtheirpoliciesandproceduresforfollowingupanyunsatisfactoryresultsfromaproficiencytest.Itshouldberecognized,however,thatlaboratoryaccreditationbodiesandtheirassessorsmaytakeintoaccountthesuitabilityoftestdataproducedfromotheractivitiesapartfromproficiencytestingschemes.Thisincludesresultsoflaboratories’owninternalqualitycontrolprocedureswithcontrolsamples,comparisonwithsplit-sampledatafromotherlaboratories,performanceofaudittestswithcertifiedreferencematerials,etc.TheuseofdatafromthesesourcesbylaboratoryaccreditationbodiesisnotcoveredbythispartoflSO/IECGuide43.However,theprinciplessetoutinthispartoflSO/IECGuide43,regardingfollow-upofunsatisfactoryperformance,couldalsoapplytotheseactivities.
