【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportprovidesguidanceonestimatingtheflowratewhenusingpressuredifferentialdevicesconstructedoroperatedoutsidethescopeofISO5167.AdditionaltolerancesorcorrectionscannotnecessarilycompensatefortheeffectsofdeviatingfromISO5167(allparts).Theinformationisgiven,inthefirstplace,toindicatethedegreeofcarenecessaryinthemanufacture,installationandmaintenanceofpressuredifferentialdevicesbydescribingsomeoftheeffectsofnon-conformitytotherequirements;andinthesecondplace,topermitthoseuserswhocannotcomplyfullywiththerequirementstoassess,howeverroughly,themagnitudeanddirectionoftheresultingerrorinflowrate.Eachvariationdealtwithistreatedasthoughitweretheonlyonepresent.Wheremorethanoneisknowntoexist,theremaybeunpredictableinteractionandcarehastobetakenwhencombiningtheassessmentoftheseerrors.Ifthereisasignificantnumberoferrors,meansofeliminatingsomeofthemhavetobeconsidered.ThevariationsincludedinthisTechnicalReportarebynomeanscompleteandrelatelargelytoexampleswithorificeplates.AnexamplewithVenturitubeshasbeenplacedattheendofitssection.Thereare,nodoubt,manysimilarexamplesofinstallationsnotconformingtoISO5167(allparts)forwhichnocomparabledatahavebeenpublished.Suchadditionalinformationfromusers,manufacturersandanyothersmaybetakenintoaccountinfuturerevisionsofthisTechnicalReport.
