【摘要】:ThispartofIS0228specifiestheverification,bymeansoflimitgauges,ofcylindricalthreads,thedimensionsandtolerancesofwhicharegiveninIS0228-l.Forindustrialapplications(seeforexampleIS01179),itmaybenecessarytocarryoutadditionalchecks.Sincethis55Oprofilehasdifferentelementstobeverified,itisnecessarytoprovideforseveralGOandseveralNOTGOgauges:a)thethreadedGOgauges(seeclauses6and7)shallensurethattheprofileofthemachinedpiecedoesnotexceedthemaximumofmaterialprovidedforbythetolerancesappliedtothedimensionsoftheprofiledefinedbyIS0228-l;b)thethreadedNOTGOgaugesforthethreadsofthepieces(seeclauses6and7)fixtheminimummateriallimitontheflanksofthethread.
