【摘要】:(1)EN1991-1-3givesguidancetodeterminethevaluesofloadsduetosnowtobeusedforthestructuraldesignofbuildingsandcivilengineeringworks.(2)ThisPartdoesnotapplyforsitesataltitudesabove1500m,unlessotherwisespecified.NOTE1:Adviceforthetreatmentofsnowloadsforaltitudesabove1500mmaybefoundintheNationalAnnex.(3)AnnexAgivesinformationondesignsituationsandloadarrangementstobeusedfordifferentlocations.NOTE:ThesedifferentlocationsmaybeidentifiedbytheNationalAnnex.(4)AnnexBgivesshapecoefficientstobeusedforthetreatmentofexceptionalsnowdrifts.NOTE:TheuseofAnnexBisallowedthroughtheNationalAnnex.(5)AnnexCgivescharacteristicvaluesofsnowloadonthegroundbasedontheresultsofworkcarriedoutunderacontractspecifictothisEurocode,toDGⅢ/D3oftheEuropeanCommission.TheobjectivesofthisAnnexare:-togiveinformationtoNationalCompetentAuthoritiestohelpthemtoredraftandupdatetheirnationalmaps;-tohelptoensurethattheestablishedharmonisedproceduresusedtoproducethemapsinthisAnnexareusedinthememberstatesfortreatingtheirbasicsnowdata.(6)AnnexDgivesguidanceforadjustingthegroundsnowloadsaccordingtothereturnperiod.(7)AnnexEgivesinformationonthebulkweightdensityofsnow.(8)ThisPartdoesnotgiveguidanceonspecialistaspectsofsnowloading,forexample:-impactsnowloadsresultingfromsnowslidingofforfallingfromahigherroof;-theadditionalwindloadswhichcouldresultfromchangesinshapeorsizeoftheconstructionworksduetothepresenceofsnowortheaccretionofice;-loadsinareaswheresnowispresentallyearround;-iceloading;-lateralloadingduetosnow(e.g.lateralloadsexertedbydrifts);-snowloadsonbridges.
