【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesrequirementsforexplosion-pressure-resistantandexplosionpressureshock-resistantequipment.Thisstandardisapplicabletoprocessvesselsandsystems.Itisnotapplicabletoindividualitemsofequipmentsuchasmotorsandgearboxesthatmaybedesignedtowithstandaninternalexplosion,whichisthesubjectofEN13463-3.Thisstandardisvalidforatmosphereshavingpressuresrangingfrom800hPato1100hPaandtemperaturesrangingfrom-20°Cto+60°C.Thisstandardmayalsobehelpfulforthedesign,construction,testingandmarkingofequipmentintendedforuseinatmospheresoutsidethevalidityrangestatedabove,asfarasthissubjectisnotcoveredbyspecificstandards.Thisstandardappliestoequipmentandcombinationsofequipmentwheredeflagrationsmayoccurandisnotapplicabletoequipmentandcombinationofequipmentwheredetonationmayoccur.Thisstandardshouldnotbeusedforoffshoreapplications.Itisessentialthatthisstandardbeusedforequipmentmadeofmetallicmaterialsonly.
