【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversalloysteelboltingforpressurevessels,valves,flanges,andfittingsforlow-temperatureservice.SeeSpecificationforthedefinitionofbolting.Thebarsshallbehot-wroughtandmaybefurtherprocessedbycenterlessgrindingorbycolddrawing.Austeniticstainlesssteelmaybesolutionannealedorannealedandstrain-hardened.Whenstrainhardenedausteniticstainlesssteelisordered,thepurchasershouldtakespecialcaretoensurethatAppendixX1isthoroughlyunderstood.1.2Severalgradesarecovered,includingbothferriticandausteniticsteelsdesignatedL7,B8,etc.Selectionwilldependondesign,serviceconditions,mechanicalproperties,andlow-temperaturecharacteristics.ThemechanicalrequirementsofTable1indicatethediametersforwhichtheminimummechanicalpropertiesapplytothevariousgradesandclasses,andTable2stipulatestherequirementsforCharpyimpactenergyabsorption.Themanufacturershoulddeterminethatthematerialcanconformtotheserequirementsbeforepartsaremanufactured.Forexample,whenGradeL43isspecifiedtomeettheTable2impactenergyvaluesatx2212;150x00B0;F[x2212;101x00B0;C],additionalrestrictions(suchasprocuringasteelwithlowerPandScontentsthanmightnormallybesupplied)inthechemicalcompositionforAISI4340arelikelytoberequired.Note18212;Thecommitteeformulatingthisspecificationhasincludedseveralgradesofmaterialthathavebeenratherextensivelyusedforthepresentpurpose.Othercompositionswillbeconsideredforinclusionbythecommitteefromtimetotimeastheneedbecomesapparent.Usersshouldnotethathardenabilityofsomeofthegradesmentionedmayrestrictthemaximumsizeatwhichtherequiredmechanicalpropertiesareobtainable.1.3Thefollowingreferencedgeneralrequirementsareindispensableforapplicationofthisspecification:Specification.1.4NutsforusewithboltingarecoveredinSection10andthenutmaterialshallbeimpacttested.1.5SupplementaryRequirementsareprovidedforuseattheoptionofthepurchaser.Thesupplementaryrequirementsshallapplyonlywhenspecifiedinthepurchaseorderorcontract.
